Here you will find a listing of all the fish I have owned. I do not have my tanks heavily stocked with fish and my primary interest has always been corals but these guys certainly liven up the tanks a bit.
Neocirrhitus armatus
Flame Hawkfish
Bottom dwelling predator which perches on rocks jumping from rock to rock. Feeds on small crustaceans. We call ours Red (creative I know) and we have had him since November 2004. These fish are a great addition to a community reef tank. Colourful, non-aggressive and full of character. Red went to live with a friend when we moved to NZ but died within a couple of weeks.
Pomacanthus semicirculatus
Semicircle angelfish, Koran Angelfish
Beautiful fish as a juvenile loses semicircles at adult stage, turning a brown/blue colour (between 8 & 14cm). Feeds on sponges, tunicates, and algae. Angelfish are reported to harass corals in a reef tank. This fellow started soon after arriving and went back to the LFS.
Amphiprion Ocellaris
Clownfish
Our original pair.
Female (top) died, male (now a female) is being looked after by friends.
Amphiprion Ocellaris (var)
Black & White Clownfish
Juvenile, died mysteriously before reaching adulthood..
Zebrasoma Flavescens
Yellow Tang
Being looked after by friends.
Amphiprion Ocellaris (var)
